The Helpline provides free and anonymous information and referral for alcohol and other drug abuse problems and related concerns. Information on over 600 programs can be accessed through the Helpline website or you can call the Helpline 24 hours a day to talk with a referral specialist. P.A.T. is a service of Cape Cod Healthcare that provides 24 hr. mental health assessment and referral.

If you are feeling lonely, depressed or suicidal, call the Samaritans Hotline to talk to someone about how you are feeling. The volunteer Samaritans will listen to you and provide support to help alleviate the pain you are experiencing. www.capesamaritans.org/
GLBT National Help Center
The Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgender (GLBT) National Help Center provides a safe environment on the phone or internet for people of all ages to discuss issues that they don't feel comfortable talking about anywhere else. Utilizing a diverse group of GLBT volunteers, the organization operates two national hotlines, the GLBT National Hotline (888.843.4564) and the GLBT National Youth Talkline (800.246.7743) www.glnh.org
